Basic Plan conditions & limits
Roadside Repair and Towing
- On Spot Assistance
- Jump start or replacement of battery Under Warranty
- Small technical expenses up to $20 (incl GST)
- Towing to nearest authorised repairer or tyre outlet up to 100km
- Safe storage of vehicle until repairer opens
- Lack of fuel: Provision of fuel up to 10L or towing to nearest fuel station up to 100km. Maximum of 2 call outs per year
- Taxi to continue journey following the towing of vehicle. One trip up to value of $150 (incl. GST)
- Keys – Locksmith attendance to open vehicle or taxi to obtain spare keys to value of $150 (incl. GST)
Accidents, Fire, Vandalism, Climate Events, theft & related events
Coordination of services at your cost.

Replacement Vehicle & Accommodation
- If Vehicle is immobilised more than 100km away from Home and cannot be repaired the same day: a replacement vehicle up to 5 consecutive days up to $150 (inc. GST) per day and a taxi to reach the rental car agency up to $150 (inc. GST)
- Accommodation: Up to 5 nights, up to $200 (inc. GST) per night, excl. breakfast and a taxi to reach the hotel up to value of $150 (inc. GST) if Vehicle is immobilised more than 100km away from Home and cannot be repaired the same day.
Continuation of Journey or Return Home
If the Vehicle is Immobilised more than 100 km from the Customer’s Home and cannot be repaired on the same day, We will organise the continuation of Your journey to the final destination or Your return home for You and Your passengers by one of the following means:
- taxi up to $150 (inc. GST); or
- Rental car up to 1 day and $100 per day (inc. GST); or
- train up to $2000 (inc GST); or
- plane in economy class up to $2000 (inc. GST).
Repaired Vehicle delivery or collection
- If the Vehicle is Immobilised more than 100 km from the Customer’s Home and cannot be repaired on the same day, We will deliver the repaired Vehicle from the repair shop to the Customer’s Home, office or temporary place of residence at Your cost after the Vehicle has been repaired.
- If the Vehicle is Immobilised more than 100 km from the Customer’s Home We will organise the collection of the Vehicle by the following means after the Vehicle has been repaired: by taxi up to $150 (inc. GST)
